Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of ClarifyLoop (the "Service"), operated by Jose Jimenez ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the service

ClarifyLoop lets its users ("Customers") install a feedback widget on their own websites to collect comments from their visitors, which are automatically classified using artificial intelligence (sentiment and category) and shown in a dashboard.

2. User accounts

To use the Service you need to create an account with an email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) engage in illegal or fraudulent activity; (b) send spam or malicious content through the widget; (c) attempt to access other users' data without authorization or compromise the security of the Service; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service beyond what is permitted by applicable law; or (e) deliberately overload our infrastructure (for example, through automated mass submissions to the widget).

4. User content

Feedback submitted by your site's visitors through the widget is collected and stored on your behalf. You are responsible for having an adequate legal basis to collect that content from your own visitors (for example, disclosing in your own privacy policy that you use a third-party feedback widget). We process that content solely to provide you the Service (automatic classification and storage).

5. Plans and payment

The Service is currently offered on a free basis. We may introduce paid plans with additional features in the future; if so, specific prices and conditions will be clearly communicated before any charge is made, and you may cancel at any time from your account.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its code, design, and brand are the property of ClarifyLoop. You retain all rights to the content you collect through the widget on your own site.

7. Availability and changes to the service

We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee it will run without interruptions or errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time, making a reasonable effort to notify you in advance when the change is significant.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any consumer protection provisions that may apply to you mandatorily under your country of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email or within the Service itself.
